Most of my career has been inside complex organizations, translating a campus President’s strategy into programs 5,000+ associates could actually act on, and designing Sincerely, the submission and approval platform behind Capital One’s Surprise & Delight program. It cut filing time 60%, grew submissions 30% month over month, and the framework beneath it is now used enterprise-wide. That work earned Capital One’s Mark of Distinction.
Since then I’ve consulted across industries, from event materials for GIC’s 40th anniversary in New York to optimizing a production workflow for a metal fabricator that sustained 2–3 orders a minute, plus marketing for a DFW roofing company. I also worked hands-on in mortgage operations at Planet Home Lending, clearing conditions in ICE Encompass. The mix is the point, every industry I've worked in made me a better designer.
